Many of us go through the statement: "I have nothing to wear :( " We might be wrong, because as soon as we open our closets, we see so many clothes hanging in there. Sometimes is good to think of one piece and then work your way around it. In this case, I thought of my metallic pumps. I thought: hmmm I'm not giving them the time they deserve, so how about if we rock them today! I also thought that when pairing silver and ivory, we can get a sophisticated color combo that I was more than willing to try. If you want your jeans to look glamorous and chic, what a great way to do it with a nice tailored blazer. I paired two necklaces adding some sparkles on top. The one above is gorgeous, the quality is amazing, and heavy. The stones might be crystals or made out of glass and I got it at Good Will. Every time you go to a Good Will store or any consignment store, you better have your eyes wide open because you never know when you'll find amazing treasures and new! I have to say the pictures don't do it justice. Would you try to pair metallic silver and ivory?

Muchas de nosotras pasamos por ese momento donde nos decimos que no tenemos nada que vestir. Quizas estemos equivocadas ya que ni bien abrimos nuestros armarios, nos encontramos con mas que suficiente ropa colgada. A veces es bueno pensar en una pieza y trabajar ideas alrededor de ella. En este caso pense en mis tacones metalicos. Me dije: Que honda si los visto ya que no les he dado el tiempo que se merecen. Tambien pense que cuando se mescla el color plateado con color perla/marfil, se convierte en un combo sofisticado, elegante, fino y suave que estaba dispuesta a intentar. Cuando quieras llevar tus vaqueros a un nivel chic, es bueno vestirlos con un blazer estilo sastre ya que te dara una silueta definida e estilizada. Para agregar un poco de metalico/brillantes arriba, vesti dos collares. El primero (corto) es tan bello, pesa y la calidad es espectacular. Creo que deben de ser piedras de vidrio o crystal y lo compre en la tienda "Buena Voluntad" (traducido literalmente). Abre bien tus ojos cuando vayas a tiendas como las ferias americanas o ejercito de salvacion ya que encontraras tesoros alli y muchas veces nuevos. La verdad que las fotos no le hacen justicia. Intentarias de combinar plateado y marfil?

Hi beautiful people! Happy March! This is my first post of the month and I hope you enjoy it. Today I'm sharing a tip about rocking a faux fur vest.  It is a really dynamic piece since you can wear it over almost everything to add a bit of an edge. Since its sleeveless, you can rock it over sweaters, tees, tank tops, shirts/denim shirts, and even jackets.
Regarding colors, I wanted to keep it black, grey and silver. From the moment I looked into my closet and saw my silver pumps (they have been a hot trend) I knew I had to pair them with this vintage like style necklace which adds a nice statement without overwhelming the outfit.
In this cold winter, there are great opportunities to play with layering. In this case I've got a cotton sweater under a leather jacket and my faux fur vest.

Hola bellezas! Feliz Marzo! Este es la primera publicacion del mes y espero les guste. Hoy quiero compartiles un consejito sobre chalecos de piel artificial. Es una pieza dinamica ya que se la puede vestir encima de casi cualquier cosa y de paso agregamos un grito de moda aaah!. Como no tiene mangas, los puedes vestir encima de sweaters, remeras/polos/camisetas, blusas, camisas de algodon, camisas jean y hasta encima de chaquetas.
En cuanto a los colores, quise mantener los tonos como el negro, gris y plateado. Desde el momento que vi mis zapatos metalicos (de moda ahora) supe que tenia que combinarlos con este collar de una honda vintage el cual agrega un toque especial sin abrumar el atuendo.
En este clima muy frio, hay muchas opciones para mezclar ropa en capas. En este caso vesti una chompita/suéter de algodon , chaqueta/camperita de cuero y el chaleco de piel artificial.

It's Just Bananas !

Spanish:  Nombre 'Es solo Bananas'  a esta publiacion en honor a la idea de mi esposo jaja..Vesti esta ropa el Viernes en la noche en una salida con mi esposito, mi prima y su novio. Ya cuando estabamos caminando por las calles de Chinatown, mi esposo me dice: Bebe, tu atuendo parece inspirado en bananas, por los puntos de tu falda, el top verde y tu bolso amarillo jajajajaaa... El estaba un poco correcto, pero al mismo tiempo me encanto poner todas estas piezas juntas..asi es que cada vez que me vesti esta ropa me hara sonreir.

English:: hahaa the title just makes me laugh, but I actually named it that because of my husband's idea. I wore this outfit last night Friday for a night out with my babe and my cuz with her fiancee, so while we were walking on the streets of Chinatown, my husband looked at me and said: Babe, your outfit reminds me of a banana, because of the spots of your skirt, the green top and yellow clutch hahaa.... He was kind of right but I loved this outfit and liked to pair all of these pieces together ;) ...so from now on, every time I wear this outfit, it will make me smile.
