Wedding Guest Outfit :: Green - Nude - Embellishments

Hola a todos! Publicando una Nueva Idea de Vestuario despues de casi dos semanas. El fin de semana pasado estuvimos visitando a unas lindas amistades. 

Vesti este atuendo para la boda de un amigo. Me encanto mesclar este verde con las zandalias color piel y usar por segunda vez esta carterita hermosa que encontre en Aldoshoes. Un vestido de encaje siempre es una hermosa opcion para estos tipos de eventos. Los encajes tienen "ese yo no se que" de femenidad, delicadeza y siempre se ven classicos.

Hi you all! Posting a new Outfit Idea after almost two weeks. I had a great time traveling and meeting with beautiful friends. 

I wore this outfit for our friend's wedding. I loved mixing this green with the nude sandals and used this beautiful embellished clutch for the second time. A lace dress is always a beautiful choice for this type of events. They have this "je nais se quois" of feminity, delicate, and they always look classic.

A que mujer no le gusta lo que brilla! Ahora, esta carteria es mi favorita para fiestas. "Aldoshoes" hizo muy bien agregandola a su coleccion. No solo opte por esta por las piedras, sino que tambien por sus colores ya que se puede combinar con casi todo.

Hazlo Tu Misma Chaleco con Tachuelas 

I loved pairing these two pieces. First of all, I was so happy when I got this 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target Bag.  Luck was looking out for me and I was at a target that had misplaced their inventory and so were just opening the handbag boxes when I got there (just before closing time.) It was so funny when I asked if they had this one to which the seller representatives answered that all of the boxes of bag are mine to check out lol. I had a smile that I call "a happy birthday smile" lol

Shoes: I really like these elegant pointed ballet flats and the contrasting heel. They are very comfortable once you break them in. Since they are leather they will stretch to your foot shape.

Me encanto mesclar estas dos piezas. Primero que nada, estaba tan feliz cuando consegui esta cartera de 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target. El destino estuvo de mi lado. Estuve en un Target que habia extraviado el inventario y cuando llegue recien las habian encontrado (justo antes de cerrar la tienda). Fue tan gracioso cuando pregunte si tenian esta cartera a lo cual los trabajadores respondieron amablemente que las cajas de carteras eran mias para buscar las que quiera jajaja.. Tuve una sonrisa a la que suelo llamar "Sonrisa de Feliz Cumple" jajaja..

Zapatos: De verdad me encantan estas ballerinas y el contraste del taco. Son bien comodas ni bien las uses y se hagan a la forma de tu pie ya que son de cuero.

Hi everyone! How is it going?
I wanted to share the quote by Lady Murasaki Shikibu. I just read about her and it impacted me. She was a noblewoman and lady-in-waiting, a writer who emerged from Japan's glorious "Heian" period.

My world contains color, and I find beauty in it. If you haven't already noticed, I love color and I tend to wear it more during Spring and Summer. One of the things that caught my attention about Lady Murasaki is that  among many things that were expected for noblewoman, they had to master the art of dressing well including what color to wear when and where. Can you imagine that there is a color for every occasion... interesting!
On this occasion, I wanted to wear a colorful outfit for a spring day. I enjoy these days, you can wear a merino pullover or a blazer to keep you a little warm while the cold wind blows. I think I just became a fan of this color combo ~ yellow(or retro lemon)-orange-khaki and nude ;)

Hola a todos! Como han estado?
Quise compartir la frase de Lady Murasaki Shikibu. Recientemente lei sobre ella y me cautivo. Ella era una mujer de clase noble y asistente de la Emperatriz, era escritora quien emergio en Japon durante la era Heian.

Mi mundo contiene color, y encuentro belleza en el. Como ya has notado, me encanta vestir color y mucho mas durante Primavera y Verano. Una de las cosas que me llamo la atencion sobre Lady Murasaki es que una de las cosas que se esperaba de las mujeres de su clase era que dominen el arte de vestirse bien, como saber que color vestir dependiendo de la ocasion y lugar.....interesante!
En esta ocasion, me encanto vestir un atuendo colorido para un dia primaveral. Disfruto mucho estos dias, donde uno puede vestir un pulover o blazer que al mismo tiempo te mantiene abrigadita mientras el viento fresquito te acaricia.
Creo que me he convertido en una fan de esta combinacion de color ~ amarillo (o retro limon) - anaranjado- beige y color desnudo ;)

I hope you all enjoyed this week as it is the last week of March. It seems that winter wants to stick around for a little longer and it's fine by me, since I get to play dressing in layers ;) !
I wore this outfit last weekend. Black and Burgundy is one of my fav color combos. You can never go wrong with those two hues. I wanted to add a pop of color (blue) by wearing one of my fav necklaces. And to give it a more interesting look, I combined the whole outfit with this coat which features native american patterns (love it). I really hope you like this outfit idea ;) !

Espero que esten disfrutando de la ultima semana de el mes de Marzo. Parece que el invierno se quiere quedar por un ratico mas, lo cual esta bien para mi ya que me gusta jugar vistiendo capaz de ropa ;)!
Vesti este atuendo el fin de semana pasada. Negro y Burgundy es uno de mis favoritos combos de colores, el cual nos puede salvar de cualquier apuro. Quise agregar un pop de color (azul) al vestir uno de mis collares favoritos. Y para darle un toque mas interesante, lo combine con este abrigo el cual tiene diseño grafico nativo indio americano (me encanta). Espero que les guste esta idea de ropa ;) !

CONSEJITO PARA COMPRAR: Hacer compras al final de la temporada es muy bueno ya que se puede comprar cosas a una fraccion del precio original. Si eres una persona que sigue las tendencias, entonces es bueno que compres cosas clasicas.

Hi beauties! who likes animals? I do!!! Animal faces have been a hot trend for Fall-Winter. Since I saw the famous "Kenso green tiger sweatershirt" last year, I've been wanting to score one for me. 

I got my animal face sweater in January at Zara and I have worn it very often to go to college. I didn't have a chance to take a picture of it until 3 days ago. As soon as I saw this sweater, I felt that it belonged to me :)

I love the wolf face, the different shades of colors and I also love that is a big sweater!. Have you rocked this trend?

ps: This trend reminds me of the sweatshirts with animal faces that my mom got for me when I was little. Did you used to wear this style when you were little?

Hola bellezas! te gustan los animales? A mi si!!! Las caritas de animales es una tendencia fuerte durante este Invierno. Desde que vi la famosa sudadera verde de Kenso el año pasado, quise encontrar algo asi para mi.

Compre este sueter de Zara en Enero y lo he usado seguido para ir a la preparatoria. No tuve oportunidad de tomar fotos de este sueter hasta hace 3 dias. Ni bien lo vi en la tienda, me encanto y senti que ya me pertenecia ;)

Me re gusta  la carita del lobo, las tonalidades de colores y que es grande!..Ya has vestido esta tendencia?

pd: Esto me recuerda a las sudaderas con caritas de animales que mi mami me compraba cuando era niñita. Tu usuabas vestirlas?
