Hi darlings! Today is a cold day (I like it) which reminds me to share my latest outfit idea. I'm freaking enjoying this Cape Coat! it's so chic! I think this will be my last Winter look because we are having warmer days (not today though lol). We'll see what happens ;)

Compre esta carterita en BuenosAires, Argentina el año pasado. Es hecha por unos artesanos cuyo negocio esta localizado cerca de La Casa Rosada. Fue hermoso charlar con tan talentosos artistas.

I bought this bag in Buenos Aires, Argentina last year. It was made by artisans whose business is located close to The Casa Rosada (Government Palace). It was a great experience seeing them work and I enjoyed talking to them. 

Los lentes son buenos para ocultar ojos tocados por la alergia al polen ;)

Sunglasses are great to cover those eyes bothered by pollen allergies.

Feliz Año Nuevo!!!! Como lo estan pasando estos primeros dias del 2015. Por lo visto llegamos desilusionados ya que no tenemos patinetas voladoras, o pizzas deshidratadas, autos que vuelan, ropa que se autoseque, pero al menos tenemos TV pantallas planas ;)

Y ahora hablando del atuendo: A que no saben, este es mi primero vestido rojo!!!! Te imaginas? Asi es, es mi primer vestido rojo. Creo que toda mujer deberia de tener al menos uno. Ahora tengo en mi lista tener otro que lo pueda vestir en la vida diaria (como para salir con mi esposo <3 )

Lo combine con tacones de color piel, abrigo camel y carterita negra. Esos colores siempre se ven lindos juntos. Use un abrigo grande ya que esa noche hacia mucho frio. Quizas este look se hubiera visto mas lindo si vestia abrigo negro o mas corto, pero opte por este ya que me abrigaba mejor. Oh! Era una fiesta de mascaras, y esta la compre en Etsy.com.

Happy New Year!!! How is your year so far? As we can see we meet this year a bit disappointed because we don't have any flying cars, hover boards, dehydrated pizzas, or self drying clothes, but we do have flat screen TVs ;)

And now about the look: Can you believe this is my first ever red dress!!! Yeah, that's right. I believe every woman should own at least one. I think I'm going to get a second one so that I can use it for everyday life or to go out with my husband.

I styled it with nude high heels, camel coat and black studded clutch. Those colors look good together. I went for this coat since it was bigger and kept me warm, though I think it would have looked better with a black coat. What do you think?. Oh! and about the masquarade, that was the theme for the holiday party. I got it at Etsy.com.

The white veil of snow covering everything right now has inspired me to try out this monochromatic look. I started with a hue in my head , camel. Based on that I started gathering all of my clothes and accessories that were in the same color family. I broke it up with touches of red, hence the gloves and the lipstick, and a touch of leopard. Has anyone tried out monochromatic looks for winter?

La nieve es como un velo blanco cubriendo todo estos dias y me inspiro a combinar un atuendo monocromatico. Primero empeze con un color, camel. Y basado en eso agarre la ropa y accesorios que esten en la misma familia de color. Di unos toques de rojos con los guantes y el lapiz de labios y me tente de usar la carterita/billetera de leopardo a que esos colores siempre se ven bien con este estampado.

First of all, Happy 2014 everyone! I hope you all had a great season of holidays. I wish you all the best!

Secondly, I'm sorry I wasn't able to keep in touch since I was overseas and didn't have access to internet. I had a great time with my family, I already miss them a lot :( 

Now talking about style. As many of you have seen on the runways or on many fashionistas, the oversized coat trend is big this season. From big shoulders and big structured bodies, to pastel colors, they have invaded the fashion world. I personally think we all should own at least one piece of great outwear. I was hoping to get my hands onto a big long wool coat for the longest time, and I was finally able to get this after black Friday. The style is timeless and so is the color, and I can dress it down or up for any occasion. For instance to a fancy night out like this one with my husband for a holiday party ,or with boots or sneakers for every day life.

En segundo lugar, lo siento que no pude mantenerme en contacto desde el extranjero ya que no tenia buen acceso a internet. Lo pase re lindo visitando a mi amada familia. Ya los extraño muchisimo :(

Ahora hablando de Moda y Estilo. Como muchos de ustedes han visto en las pasarelas o en muchos amantes de la moda, la tendencia de abrigos de gran tamaño es lo mas esta temporada. Desde hombros anchos y grandes cuerpos estructurados, hasta de colores pastel, han invadido el mundo de la moda. Personalmente creo que todos deben poseer al menos una gran pieza de abrigo buena. Tenía la esperanza de adquirir un abrigo de lana largo, grande, durante mucho tiempo, y finalmente pude hacerlo después del dia de Accion de Gracias (dia de ofertas). El estilo de este abrigo no pasa de moda ya que tiene ese clasico sentido y el color tambien lo es. Lo puedo vestir en forma casual o sofisticada, para cualquier ocasión. Por ejemplo, para una noche de glamour como a la que mi esposo y yo atendimos (fiesta de trabajo-fin de año). O tambien lo puedo vestur para la vida diaria con botas o zapatillas ;)

Ok, I didn't plan to post this picture, but the expression on my face says a lot. Right when we were taking these pictures, I saw a naked lady walking in the lobby of the hotel, going to the front desk, lol! It was priceless. She was wearing feathers on her head and got locked out of her room. And I thought those things only happen in movies.
