Feliz Año Nuevo!!!! Como lo estan pasando estos primeros dias del 2015. Por lo visto llegamos desilusionados ya que no tenemos patinetas voladoras, o pizzas deshidratadas, autos que vuelan, ropa que se autoseque, pero al menos tenemos TV pantallas planas ;)

Y ahora hablando del atuendo: A que no saben, este es mi primero vestido rojo!!!! Te imaginas? Asi es, es mi primer vestido rojo. Creo que toda mujer deberia de tener al menos uno. Ahora tengo en mi lista tener otro que lo pueda vestir en la vida diaria (como para salir con mi esposo <3 )

Lo combine con tacones de color piel, abrigo camel y carterita negra. Esos colores siempre se ven lindos juntos. Use un abrigo grande ya que esa noche hacia mucho frio. Quizas este look se hubiera visto mas lindo si vestia abrigo negro o mas corto, pero opte por este ya que me abrigaba mejor. Oh! Era una fiesta de mascaras, y esta la compre en Etsy.com.

Happy New Year!!! How is your year so far? As we can see we meet this year a bit disappointed because we don't have any flying cars, hover boards, dehydrated pizzas, or self drying clothes, but we do have flat screen TVs ;)

And now about the look: Can you believe this is my first ever red dress!!! Yeah, that's right. I believe every woman should own at least one. I think I'm going to get a second one so that I can use it for everyday life or to go out with my husband.

I styled it with nude high heels, camel coat and black studded clutch. Those colors look good together. I went for this coat since it was bigger and kept me warm, though I think it would have looked better with a black coat. What do you think?. Oh! and about the masquarade, that was the theme for the holiday party. I got it at Etsy.com.

Hola a todos! Publicando una Nueva Idea de Vestuario despues de casi dos semanas. El fin de semana pasado estuvimos visitando a unas lindas amistades. 

Vesti este atuendo para la boda de un amigo. Me encanto mesclar este verde con las zandalias color piel y usar por segunda vez esta carterita hermosa que encontre en Aldoshoes. Un vestido de encaje siempre es una hermosa opcion para estos tipos de eventos. Los encajes tienen "ese yo no se que" de femenidad, delicadeza y siempre se ven classicos.

Hi you all! Posting a new Outfit Idea after almost two weeks. I had a great time traveling and meeting with beautiful friends. 

I wore this outfit for our friend's wedding. I loved mixing this green with the nude sandals and used this beautiful embellished clutch for the second time. A lace dress is always a beautiful choice for this type of events. They have this "je nais se quois" of feminity, delicate, and they always look classic.

A que mujer no le gusta lo que brilla! Ahora, esta carteria es mi favorita para fiestas. "Aldoshoes" hizo muy bien agregandola a su coleccion. No solo opte por esta por las piedras, sino que tambien por sus colores ya que se puede combinar con casi todo.

Vaqueros Blancos Recuerdo

What a beautiful day today is, so how about wearing white ;) Sometimes 'fashion rules' are silly . They say that we should not wear white after Labor Day to which I disagree. I think we can wear whatever we want and I think that white jeans look good all year round. It's all about how you style it and it's all about the weather. We can even wear them during a beautiful snow day because they look cute with a long cozy sweater and boots.White jeans are like a blank canvas because pretty much anything can go with them. I'm looking forward wearing them during this coming winter :) !
Tip For Colder Days: Wearing white jeans with a blazer or mixing them with fall colors is a great way to go.

Que hermoso dia es hoy, asi es que honda si vestimos blanco ;) A veces las reglas de la moda son tontitas. Se dice que no debemos vestir jeans blancos despues del dia del trabajador a lo cual no estoy de acuerdo. Creo que podemos vestir cualquier cosa que querramos y creo que jeans blancos se ven bien todo el año. Todo es sobre como lo vistas y como este el dia (clima). Hasta lo podemos vestir durante un dia de nieve en invierno, porque se ven re lindos con un sweater grande y botas. Jeans blancos son como un lienzo limpio porque podes pintarlos/vestirlos con casi todo. Ya no veo la hora de vestirlos durante este invierno que viene :) !
Consejitos Para Dias Mas Frios: Vestir vaqueros blancos con un blazer o mesclarlos con colores de Otoño puede ser una buena salida.

Hi everyone,
How are you? How was your Easter weekend? I spent mine in the beautiful city of Philadelphia. We went to spend some quality time with one of our dearest friends.
About the look: I guess many of you have already noticed that this coat is one of my latest favorites ;) (I usually wear this coat over thick sweaters or pullovers, but planning on wearing it over shirts when it gets less cold). I did pack warm clothes, but Saturday wasn't too cold so I couldn't wait to pair it with this leopard print shirt and my Zara khaki jeans. And to add a little bit of pop of color, I wore these pink leather earrings by Kitson.
Sometimes I try to mix patterns hoping that they look great. What do you think? Would you mix leopard print with tribal?

Como estas? Como la pasaste tu fin de semana santa? Yo la pase en la linda cuidad de Filadelfia con mi esposito, visitando a un querido amigo nuestro.
Sobre el atuendo: Creo que ya te has dado cuenta que este abrigo es mi favorito ultimamente ;) (usualmente, lo visto encima de sueters y pulovers, pero para dias menos frios planeo vestirlo encima de camisas o tops). Empaque ropa bien abrigada, pero el Sabado no fue tan frio asi es que no espere de vesir mi camisa de estampado de leopardo abajo de este abrigo. Lo combine con estos pantalones color kaki y para darle un poquin de color, use estos aretes rosados de cuero marca Kitson.
A veces intento mesclar estampados esperando que se vean bien. Que opinas? Tu mesclarias estampado de leopardo con tribales?

Warm Look: Skulls and Tribal Print

Hi darlings!

Mixing patterns is one of the things I wanted to try, and this look was fun to put together. Skulls and tribal print, who would have thought about them as a combo. I wanted to make the whole outfit more interesting so I added the hat. Any opinions about it? I was thinking of wearing my ivory Aldo bag, but I chose a pop of color instead ;)

Another thing I wanted to try to mix was textures like these fringed suede leather boots, leather studded gloves, wool hat, llama's hair scarf, and faux fur (collar). That we can mix so many textures during winter is great.

ps: these days I'm wearing very warm socks, REI socks, they are the best to keep your feet toasty.

Hola bellezas!

Mesclar estampados es una de las cosas que quise tratar para este look y me diverti poniendolo junto. Estampados de craneos y tribales, quien se imaginaria que los dos podian ser un combinacion a tener en mente. Quise hacer del look mas intersante y es por eso que agregue el sombrero. Opiniones sobre eso?. Habia pensado usar mi bolso color crema, pero mejor decidi agregar color usando este bolso naranja ;)

Otra cosa que quise hacer es combinar texturas como las botas de gamuza, guantes de cuero con tachuelitas, sombrero de lana, bufanda de alpaca, y piel artificial (collar). Eso es lo bueno de invierno, que se puede mesclar todas las texturas.

pd: Estos dias estoy vistiendo medias gruesitas y las de marca REI son las mejores para mantener mis pies bien abrigaditos.

CVS Haul

I got these little hair clips. I have noticed that for the past year I have been losing some hair, specially from the front. So I decided not to do pony tails anymore, so to pull my hair back I will use these little hair clips. I also want to try these Revlon Liquid Eye Pen, yes a PEN. I hope it looks good. We'll see in the future posts. I got a "150 Hi Ho Silver" nail polish by Sally Hansen to match my new "silver pointed toe stilettos" I got for my birthday ;) Looking forward wearing them soon ^^ !

Compre estos ganchitos para el pelo. Saben que he notado, ya hace tiempito, que se me esta cayendo mi pelo de la parte de adelante de a poquito. Asi es que he decidido no hacerme mas colitas apretadas y en vez de eso, usar estos ganchitos para agarrar mi pelo. Asi es que ahora, agarro un poco de pelo de los lados para hacer una media colita suelta. Tambien compre este delineador de ojos "Revlon Liquid Eye Pen" , el cual es un lapicero, si, asi es, es lapicero ! haa! Vamos a ver como me queda en las proximas publicaciones. Hace rato que queria comprarme este color de esmalte de uñas . Plateado, es re lindo y asi combina con los nuevos zapatos que adquiri como regalo de cumpleaños. Este esmalte se llama "150 Hi Ho Silver".

College Outfit: Houndstooth and Fringe

Hi dolls ! I hope you had a beautiful Christmas day !
Here I wanted to share one of the last outfits I wore to college. I normally wear something more casual, but this day I wanted to look chic and what better idea than wearing a houndstooth coat and fringe boots..yeah, I thought that pairing these two trends would make my outfit look fun, stylish and out of the ordinary. It's always good to break your routine (like wearing jeans and sneakers). I hope you like this outfit idea, enjoy it ;) !

Aqui les queria compartir el ultimo look que vesti para la preparatoria. Normalmente visto ropa casual, pero ese dia quise vestir un look mas sofisticado y que mejor manera de vestir un abrigo con graficas de "houndstooth" y botas de flecos...asi es, pense que vestir estas dos tendencias harian que todo el look se vea  divertido, estetico y fuera de lo comun. Siempre es bueno romper con la rutina de vestir vaqueros y zapatillas ;) Espero les guste esta idea de vestuario y que lo disfruten ;) !

DIY Vest and Denim Shirt

Hi beautiful people!!!
Do you recycle those clothes or items that you don't use anymore? I sometimes do that :)
This black sleeveless vest was a jacket before I got my scissors and cut the sleeves off lol ! I noticed that I stopped wearing it until I found out a new way to use it. It comes in handy for this type of weather since it's great for layering. Fall is great !. I wore this outfit to go to college (I was feeling to look cute that day)
I'm wearing the Steve Madden boots I scored in August for $19.99 (they are way more cute in person and the suede leather is so soft)
Don't mind my eyes I'm sorry that my eyes were puffy (it was early and I was still sleepy).
ps: I cut the sleeves off half inch below the seam so that I can fold it and sew it.

Tu reciclas esas prendas or accesorios que ya no usas mas? A veces, yo hago eso :)
Este chalequito negro sin mangas era una chaqueta/chamarra/camperita hasta que agarre las tijeras y corte las mangas jejeje. Me habia dado cuenta que ya no la usaba mas hasta ahora que encontre una manera nueva de usarla. Y me viene re bien para este tipo de clima ya que la puedo usar encima de otras camisetas, camisas, poleras etc. Otoño es lindo!. Vesti esta ropa un dia para ir a el college.
Vesti las Steve Madden botas que me compre por $19.99 durante una oferta buenisima en Agosto (se ven mas lindas en persona y el cuero es super suave)
Lo siento que mis ojos estaban hinchaditos es que era temprano en la mañana y todabia anda media dormida jejeje.
pd: No corte al borde de la costura de las mangas, mas bien, deje como la mitad de una pulgada (poquito mas de un centimetro) asi lo doblaba para coserlo como una basta.

Navy Blue and Black Outfit. Peplum Silhouette

Hi beautiful people! I hope you started your week off on a good foot. 

Have ever worn navy and black? I just realized that these two hues have become one of my favorite color combinations and I'm looking forward wearing them during fall and winter. Not to wear navy and black is one of the 'rules' I'm happy to break. I think as long as you can tell the difference between these colors its fine. If you want to spice it up, you can add colorful details like I did here by pairing them with these green heels, yellow clutch and turquoise necklace ;). So, overall, navy blue and black go nicely together and they work for me. I hope you enjoy this idea as much as I do. Have fun playing around with your clothes and keep this combination in mind (give it a chance). 

ps: Adding another peplum top to my wardrobe is great. I like to wear this cut because it accentuates the womanly shape of an hourglass. I love this extra fabric that adds the illusion of hips to my body ;)

Hola bella gente! Espero que hayan empezado su semana con el pie derecho.

Han vestido los colores azul y negro juntos? Me he dado cuenta que estos colores se han covertido en uno de mis favoritas combinaciones y planeo vestirlos durante este otoño/ invierno. No vestir azul marino y negro es una de las 'reglas' que estoy encantada en romper. Creo que mientras se pueda ver la diferencia entre ellos esta bien. Si quieres darle un toque mas lindo a tu ropa, puedes vestir accesorios coloridos como hice aqui combinandolos con estos tacos verdes, sobre amarillo y collar turquesa. Al final, azul marino y negro se ven re lindos y para mi funciona. Espero te haya gustado esta idea como a mi. Diviertete jugando con tu ropa, poniendolas juntas, combinandolas y ten en mente esta combinacion (dale una oportunidad).

pd: Es buenisimo gregar otro top peplo en mi closet. Me gusta este corte porque acentua la forma femenina. Me encanta esa extra tela que agrega la ilusion de caderas a mi silueta ;)

Zig Zag Patterns 'Unzig Me Top' Tobi

Hi beauties !
Who likes to pair fun tops with jeans? I do :)!
I really like the color and the patterns of this top. You can tell I like this hue because I added more orange shades to the outfit . I have to say that I'm not so happy about the cut of this shirt though. As you can see the design accentuates the shoulders/arms. You know I don't like to make my shoulders look bigger since they already are a bit broad. I think this type of design will look much better on those who have small upper frame. When you buy tops make sure that they won't make your shoulders look bigger (if you have  a broad frame). Anyways, I will still rock this top with my hair down to compensate.

A quien no le gusta combinar tops lindos y divertidos con jeans? A mi me gusta!
Me encanta el color y las rayas de este top. Y como veras, me gusta este color que hasta agregue mas accesorios de la misma familia de colores. Tengo que decir que no estoy muy contenta en cuanto a el corte de este top. Si puedes notar, el diseño acentua la espalda y los hombros. Como sabras, no me agrada mucho hacer ver mi espalda mas grande de lo que es. Creo que este tipo de corte le queda mejor a aquellas que tiene proporciones pequeñas. Cuando compres tops, asegurate que no te hagan ver mas grande de lo que eres (esto es en caso que tengas proporciones grandes de espalda). De todas maneras, vestire este top con mi pelo largo suelto para cortar con esa ilusion.
