I love wearing animal prints during Autumn/Winter. This was a casual look for a sight seeing day with my husband while walking by the river. I felt very wifish in that dress :) And of course flats come in handy for alot of walking.

Me encanta vestir estampado de animal para las temporadas de Otoño - Invierno. Un atuendo casual para un dia de caminata con mi esposito por las orillas del rio. Me senti bien esposita vistiendo este vestidito :) Y obviamente, vestir chatitas es buenisimo para caminar.

Most of the time, it's fun and exciting to choose the shoes and bag for our outfits. It can make or break, "The Outfit", so that's why I wanted to give it a special place in my post :) . I went for warm colors like yellow and nude which complement the dress.

Casi siempre es divertido y lindo elegir los zapatos y bolso para nuestro vestuario. Puede mejorar el atuendo o lo contrario, es por eso que quise darle un espacio especial en las publicaciones :) . Elegi colores cálidos como el color amarillo y piel ya que complementan el vestido.

Lady in Green and Cream

A Throwback Outfit:
I wore this outfit two Saturdays ago to an event with the White House Hispanic Community Action Summit. There many forums that touched many topics regarding the Hispanic Community in this country. So, for this event I wanted to look sophisticated, feminine and soft and what a better choice than a midi skirt in cream color and a silk blouse. I teamed them up with these high heel sandals so that I could look less short ;)  I did bring my ballerinas in case I got tired, although I spent most of the time sitting down ^^ . Check out a similar outfit I wore in May.

Recordando un Atuendo:
Vesti este look dos Sabados atraz para un evento con la Casa Blanca Comunidad Hispana Accion Cumbre. Habia varias forums donde hablaban diferentes topicos en cuando a nuestra comunidad Latina en este pais. Fue muy interesante e enriquecedor. Para este evento quise vestir sofisticada, femenina, recatada y delicada y que mejor manera que vestir una falda a la pantorrilla de color crema y una blusa de seda. Vesti mis sandalias de taco alto asi no me veia chaparra :) jejeje.. Lleve mis balerinas por si me cansaba, aunque pase casi todo el tiempo sentada. Chequea un look similar a este el cual vesti en el mes de Mayo> aqui

I love this clutch because is not loud for this outfit, but at the same time stands out. I like its earthy colors.

Español: Me encanta esta carterita porque no es muy llamativa, pero al mismo tiempo se destaca. Me gusta los colores tierra que tiene.

Polka Dots and Snake Print

I begun my journey of mixing patterns not long ago, but since I love fashion and experiment with what that brings. I already had in mind that I wanted to wear this cute and cozy sweater because Last Saturday was cold. Also, I wanted to add some interesting patterns such as the polka dots blouse and the snake print clutch. I really didn't know what pants to wear, but since I knew burgundy jeans go great with polka dots, I went for it. Since the clutch's colors are neutral, I felt comfortable pairing it with this sweater. I thought about wearing my black pumps, but since I feel that purple and burgundy look great together, I went for these gorgeous purple heels by Aldo. I looove Aldo shoes, who doesn't, right?

Empese mi viaje de mesclar estampados no hace mucho tiempo, pero como me encanta la moda y esperimentar con lo que trae, me atrevo a intentar. Ya habia empezado en vestir este lindo y abrigadito sweater porque el Sabado que paso hacia frio. Tambien quise agregar a mi atuendo algo interesante como los lunares y el estampado de serpiente. La verdad, no sabia que pantalones vestir, pero como sabia que este color burgundi va bien con los lunares, los puse juntos. Y como los colores neutrales de mi carterita se ven bien con estos colores me quede satisfecha. Pense en ponerme tacos negros, pero al final me decidi de vestir estos hermosos tacos morados porque burgundi y morado se ven bien juntos. A parte me encanta estos zapatos, me encaaaanta Aldo shoes. a quien no, cierto?

The colors of these two last pictures came out like this because I was playing with my camera, you know discovering the features of it.
