Remembering this Look:: 

What can I say. I really enjoy wearing clothes that have bohemian vibe. It makes me feel very happy and free.  When I feel my inner bohemian, I don't usually go head to toe with that look. I have noticed that I tend to put emphasis on the accessories (or details). Details such as the fringe of this cardigan, the handmade leather bag (beautiful artwork), the faux animal hair ballerinas and leopard scarf, oh , and of course the pop of turquoise color that the ring brings. These are the things that caught my attention and inspired the whole outfit. It's all about following your own inspirations. And I know we might face some mistakes, but Fashion is actually about finding out who you are and what you like. We feel secure when we stick to the same patterns all the time, but I assure you that sometimes being unconventional is a better state of mind.

ps: This look would be great for those chilly days. A shout out to my friends/readers who live in countries where the weather is cold.

Que les puedo decir. Me encanta vestir ropa que tengan una honda bohemia. Me hace sentir feliz y libre :) Cuando siento de vestir esta honda, no suelo vestir un look por completo. He notado que tiendo en poner enfais en los accessorios o detalles. Detalles como este cardigan que tiene flecos, la cartera tallada en cuero (una belleza hecho a mano), las ballerinas de estampado animal artificial, el pañuelo y sin olvidar el anillo de color turquesa. Estos detalles es lo que me llamo la atencion y cautivo a la hora de poner este atuendo junto. Se trata de seguir lo que sientes en el momento, seguir lo que te inspira.Y en ese transcurso, quizas cometamos errores, pero moda y estilo se trata de encontrarte a ti misma y conocer tus gustos. Tratamos de mantener una cierta manera de pensar cuando se trata de moda, de mantener la rutina, pero dejame asegurarte que a veces ser original, no convencional es un mejor estado de animo.

pd: Este look les viene bien a ustedes lindas quienes viven en paises donde ya empezo el frio.

A Flash Back of My Unconventional Ensemble

Una Mirada hacia el pasado de mi Mescla No Comun 

They said that Rules are meant to be broken, and in this case I agree. When I made these bleached jeans, I imagined some outfits but nothing like this one. I thought that I would have limits dressing these jeans up because they already bring a lot of drama. I wanted to know how these 3 items would look together even though I knew they are very forceful pieces. My sequin jacket, bleached jeans (how to bleach and how to make them skinny) and my diy neon pumps made this night unforgettable. One thing is for sure, that this outfit is definitely interesting to look at. It's fun and unconventional :)

I hope you like this inspiration and I'm here to experiment for you in case you don't feel like it.

Dicen que las reglas fueron creadas para romperse, y en este caso estoy de acuerdo. Cuando desteñi estos pantalones, me imagine ciertos atuendos pero nada como el que vesti aqui. Pense que tendria limites vistiendo estos pantalones ya que por si mismos agregan bastante drama a como uno se ve. De todas maneras quise poner estas 3 piezas juntas. Mi chaqueta de lentejuelas, pantalones desteñidos y zapatos pintados por mi, hicieron de mi noche una noche inolvidable. Una cosa es segura, que este look definitivamente es interesante a la vista. Es divertido y libre de reglas. 

Espero les guste esta inspiracion y aqui estoy para esperimentar por ti en caso que tu no te animes.

Hi beauties! This time I went a little nuts about black and white stripes LOL ! I thought how about mixing 3 items with these features, so I did it. It was fun, and since it was raining I could use my black & white striped umbrella ;) We took pictures as soon as it stopped raining. This purse is so cute and it reminds me of the little bags I used to have when I was little. It's vertical lines are so trendy right now, I have seen them on the runway and on the streets. I wasn't ready to commit to full vertical stripes yet, that's why I chose to buy this blazer which contains the classic horizontal lines as well as some vertical lines. I wanted to bring out the yellow highlights of the blazer by wearing this necklace so it would be a more cohesive look. I also wore this blazer here. Regarding the shoes, they are very pretty in person and the cut makes them look even more unique.

Hola bellas! Esta vez me fui casi obsecionada con la tendencia de Rayas Blanco y Negro jejeje! Pense que honda si mesclamos 3 piezas de rayas, asi es que lo hice. Fue diverido y como estaba lloviendo pude usar mi paraguas con este estampado ;) Tomamos las fotos ni bien paro de llover. Esta carterita me hace recordar a las que usaba cuando era bien chiquita. Las lineas verticales esta de re-moda, las he visto en las pasarelas y en las calles. Yo no estaba lista a un look completo de rayas vericales, es por eso que opte por un blazer que contiene las clasicas horizontales con un poco de las otras. Quise rescatar el color amarillo del blazer y asi hacer un look cohesivo. Vesti este blazer aqui. Sobre los zapatos, son tan lindos y ese corte que tiene enfrente lo hace ver mas unico.

Many of us go through the statement: "I have nothing to wear :( " We might be wrong, because as soon as we open our closets, we see so many clothes hanging in there. Sometimes is good to think of one piece and then work your way around it. In this case, I thought of my metallic pumps. I thought: hmmm I'm not giving them the time they deserve, so how about if we rock them today! I also thought that when pairing silver and ivory, we can get a sophisticated color combo that I was more than willing to try. If you want your jeans to look glamorous and chic, what a great way to do it with a nice tailored blazer. I paired two necklaces adding some sparkles on top. The one above is gorgeous, the quality is amazing, and heavy. The stones might be crystals or made out of glass and I got it at Good Will. Every time you go to a Good Will store or any consignment store, you better have your eyes wide open because you never know when you'll find amazing treasures and new! I have to say the pictures don't do it justice. Would you try to pair metallic silver and ivory?

Muchas de nosotras pasamos por ese momento donde nos decimos que no tenemos nada que vestir. Quizas estemos equivocadas ya que ni bien abrimos nuestros armarios, nos encontramos con mas que suficiente ropa colgada. A veces es bueno pensar en una pieza y trabajar ideas alrededor de ella. En este caso pense en mis tacones metalicos. Me dije: Que honda si los visto ya que no les he dado el tiempo que se merecen. Tambien pense que cuando se mescla el color plateado con color perla/marfil, se convierte en un combo sofisticado, elegante, fino y suave que estaba dispuesta a intentar. Cuando quieras llevar tus vaqueros a un nivel chic, es bueno vestirlos con un blazer estilo sastre ya que te dara una silueta definida e estilizada. Para agregar un poco de metalico/brillantes arriba, vesti dos collares. El primero (corto) es tan bello, pesa y la calidad es espectacular. Creo que deben de ser piedras de vidrio o crystal y lo compre en la tienda "Buena Voluntad" (traducido literalmente). Abre bien tus ojos cuando vayas a tiendas como las ferias americanas o ejercito de salvacion ya que encontraras tesoros alli y muchas veces nuevos. La verdad que las fotos no le hacen justicia. Intentarias de combinar plateado y marfil?

Summer Splash

I spent the Memorial weekend in Delaware and even though I did swim in the beach (because the water was super cold) I had a great time with the hubby, family and friends :)
