Fan of Color and Polka Dots

I'm such a fan of color and polka dots and these pieces are just perfect for that. I got these jeans last year at JCPenney and the blouse at Burlington Coat Factory. I wanted to wear black and white on top and on my feet and I think this polka dots with the lace shoes go perfectly. They just add a touch of femininity to the whole outfit while the colored pieces add a fan vibe to the look. I enjoyed pairing these two accessories and I think the colors of the turquoise necklace with the pink bag go beautifully together. 

Español: Me encanta los colores y los lunares y que mejor piezas que estas para demostrarlo. Compre todas las piezas el año pasado except el collar que lo compre este mes. Quise usar negro y blanco arriba y en mis pies y creo que esta blusa de lunares va muy bien con estos tacos de encaje. Le da un toque bien femenino a todo el look mientras las piezas de color agrega un toque divertido. Me encanto poner juntos este collar turquesa con este bolso rosado. 

I believe polka dots will never go out of style because is such a classy pattern. But if someone says that they are out, I would still wear it anyways because I chose what to wear based on what I like and not base on what a system dictates ;)

I got this top in 2012 and I've only worn it a few times, can you believe it! I can actually see its potential, since it can be paired with any bottom as long as I choose any color from its patterns. I wanted to wear it as soon as Summer started, but guess what; It doesn't fit very well :( I gained some weight. I tend to gain weight in my upper body and belly :/ cuak! (just being honest ♥ ). I know I'm gonna wear it again since I'm planning in getting in shape. Has this ever happened to you?

Compre este top en el 2012 y solo lo vesti un par de veces, podes creerlo! Actualmente, puedo ver el potencial de esta pieza ya que se puede combinar con muchas cosas; siempre que sea con cualquier color de los que lleva en si. Lo quise vestir ni bien el verano empezo, pero adivina que; no me queda :( Es que subi de peso. Yo suelo subir de peso en la parte superior de mi cuerpo, como los hombros, torso, espalda y panzita y no las lolas :/ cuak! (solo siendo honesta ♥ ). Se que lo vestire otra vez ya que planeo en ponerme en forma. Te ha pasado cosas comno estas?

Hi everyone! How are you?

I'm sorry I was absent. There were many things going on, like getting sick, traveling and graduating...exactly I graduated yay!!!

I'm going to share some outfit ideas pics that I took before getting sick. I wore this casual and fun look on April to walk around Washington DC. It was a beautiful day walking by the Washington Monument and checking out the cherry blossom, and it was a little chilly which gave the chance to wear this cute jacket. I enjoyed pairing it with this teal colored scarf.  Love colors!!!

Lo siento que estuve ausente :( Varias cosas estaban pasando, desde estar enferma, viaje y mi graduacion...exactamente, ya me gradue yeeeee!!!!

Les compartire algunas ideas de ropa cuyas fotos tome antes de enfermarme. Vesti este look casual y divertido en Abril para un dia de paseo por Washington DC. Fue un lindo dia caminando y contemplando los bellos arboles cherry blossom. Hacia un poquin de frio lo cual me encanto ya que me dio la chance de vestir esta chaqueta. Me encanto combinarlo con este pañuelo color menta. Amo los colores!!!

Hi beauties!

I'm sure many of you have noticed that the black and white trend is dominating the fashion world now. It comes in different shapes, from classic horizontal stripes, vertical ones like Beetlejuice, ziggzags, all the way to checkerboard or even a simple black and white outfit. I believe black and white is always a trend. At the same time, I love that new twist that the designers brought for this Spring-Summer and I wish I could score a Beetlejuice style garment ;)

Today, I'm sharing this outfit idea wearing my new black and white striped blazer. I love this one, especially because of its peplum silhouette and the neon color next to each stripe. It's so cute! I wanted to pair it with this pink clutch and shoes. For some reason I'm so into pink right now (maybe it's because spring is here aw). I hope you like this idea, dolls!

Hola bellezas!

De seguro que muchas de ustedes han notado que la tendencia Blanco y Negro esta dominando el mundo de la moda. Se viene en diferente formas, desde las clasicas rayas horizontales, las verticales como las que vestia Beetlejuice en la pelicula, zigzags, como las tablero de damas y el clasico de vestir una pieza en negro y la otra en blanco. Yo creo que el blanco y negro siempre estara de moda. Y al mismo tiempo me encanta esta nueva honda que los diseñadores nos ofrecen para esta Primavera-Verano y me encantaria conseguir una prenda al estilo Beetlejuice ;)

Hoy, Les comparto esta idea de vestuario donde visto mi nuevo blanco y negro blazer. Estoy fascinada con este, especialmente por el corte peplo que tiene y por el color amarillo fosforescente a lado de cada raya. Quise combinarlo con este sobre rosado y zapatos. Por alguna razon estoy re conectada con el color rosado (quizas es porque la primavera esta aqui). Espero les guste esta idea, muñecas!

Spiked Blazer and Leopard Print Accessories

 Hi friends!!! I wanted to share this outfit idea with you because I'm wearing my DIY Spiked Blazer. I added some spiked studs on it to spice it up a little. I didn't know which blazer to use for this project, but since I have two blazers that are similar, I chose this one (besides, I think its cut is suitable for this). When I took these pictures, my blazer only had 3 lines of spikes, and now it has a few more. I'll share the pictures on how to do this project later on.
Leopard print, hot pink and studs look good together in my opinion. I definitely enjoyed wearing this and I hope you like it.

Hola amigas/os!!! Queria compartirles esta idea de ropa ya que estoy vistiendo este blazer con clavitos (no se como se llaman en español :( Si sabes como llamarlos pasame la vos :) Esos clavitos los puse yo. Ya les compartire fotitos de los pasos a seguir. Al principio no sabia cual blazer usar para este proyecto, pero como tengo 2 de el mismo color eleji este (tambien, eleji este por el corte y estructura). 
Estampado de leopardo, rosa fucsia y 'spikes' (clavitos) se ven bien juntos, en mi opinion. Definitivamente me goze vestir esta idea de vestuario. Espero que te guste.

Opera Outfit

What to wear to the Opera?
Last Sunday, my husband and I went to see 'Nathan Gunn' at the Kennedy Center in DC.
Depending on the opera house dress code, you will never go wrong if you look semi-formal. Some places might ask to avoid wearing casual clothes. In this case, they did not specify a dress code.
I was thinking about this outfit while I was taking a shower! This outfit was appropriate and besides I've been wanting to wear these gorgeous pumps and blazer and this was a fabulous excuse.
I also thought about wearing a chic pencil skirt and a cute top or a blouse, but I went for the first idea (maybe next time I used this second idea because pencil skirts are also elegant and sophisticated). Using this beautiful bejeweled clutch was a great way to make an outstanding statement since I kept my jewelry delicate.

El Domingo pasado, mi esposito y yo fuimos a ver a 'Nathan Gunn' a el Kennedy Center en DC.
Dependiendo del codigo de vestimenta, nunca fallaras si te vistes semi-formalmente. Algunos lugares no permiten ropa casual. En este caso no rquirieron ropa muy formal como vestidos largos o uxedos.
Estuve pensando en este vestuario mientras me bañaba! Este look es apropiado y ademas ya venia queriendo vestir estos bellos zapatos y blazer y que mejor bella excusa que esta.
Tambien estuve pensando en vestir una falda lapiz o tubo con una blusa o top, pero al final vesti mi primera idea (quizas la proxima vez vista mi segunda idea ya que las faldas tubo tambien son elegantes y sofisticadas). Use este bello sobre de piedritas que se ve como una joya el cual resalta y mantuve mis joyas delicadas.

Color Blocking: Hot Pink and Blue

Trying colors is so much fun! Nude pumps and a beige top were a great way to keep the outfit on the good side. I only wore a turquoise ring. This time, I didn't want to wear so many pieces of jewelry since the outfit stands out on its own. Have you tried this trend? Leave your commentaries below.
